FAQs

Why train with us?

We have spent years perfecting our brow and lash techniques, in turn this offers you the best training with experienced, award winning brow and lash artists.
We are not just here to train you, we are on call for after course support for any questions or queries you may have.
Not only this but we can recommend some amazing products and brands to make sure your results are consistent for every service you do.
During your course we also go through pricing structures so you can run at a profit from day 1!

Are your courses fully accredited?

All our courses have been approved and accredited by The CPD group, meaning that your insurance will recognise the qualification after obtaining your certificate. Your trainers are fully qualified to adult in education level 3 or equivalent, to offer you the best training you can get.

What’s required after the course?

The courses are normally 1 day. Your training date will be just the begining of your journey. If you have ordered a kit then this will be available to take home with you on the day. After your training it will be required to produce at least 3 case studies where your work will be assessed and feedback will be given. Once you have the big “congratulations you’ve passed” a certificate will be emailed over to you with a hard copy sent in the post, this will enable you to take out the correct insurance.

Do I have to be a qualified beautician to take your courses?

We offer two lots of training, one for already qualified therapists wanting to widen their treatment range and another for complete beginners. The timing of these courses will be different. If you are booking on to a course for already qualified beauty therapists a certificate will need to be shown prior to training. Most courses don't require previous beauty experience, please always check the description prior to booking.

Am I provided with any course material prior to my course?

You will receive an email confirmation of your course you have booked. You will also receive a pdf copy of your manual, this has to be revised ready for an in class test on the day of your training course. Revising and learning the manual before enables more practical time on the day so we can be more hands on.

What are your class sizes?

We only teach a maximum of 4 at a time when training in our location. This ensures there is more 1-1 time between the students and teacher and we can provide a more personalised service. 1-1 training can also be arranged, please email lucy@puritysalonandtraining.co.uk for enquires.

Do you travel to salons and do group training?

Yes of course group training can be provided and your trainer can arrange a day and time convenient for your self and your team. Please email lucy@puritybeautyandhair.co.uk for more information.

Do you do 1-1 training?

Yes we can offer 1-1 training no problem. We totally recognise that group training can make you anxious and love to accommodate 1-1 sessions. Please email lucy@puritybeautyandhair.co.uk for all enquiries.

Do you do payment plans?

Yes we can offer payment plans. You can secure your place for the deposit amount when booking the course.
Our website also accepts all major debit and credit cards, as well as pay later with PayPal options. We just ask that you please let us know in advance if a kit is required at least 2 weeks prior to training.
The remaining balance will be due at the latest 5 days prior to your training. If this is not settled and you have not been in contact to arrange an alternate date then your deposit will be non refundable.
